Tyler joined the Red Sox Foundation in 2012 after graduating from Harvard College with a degree in Government and minor in Global Health & Health Policy, where she also was a two-time captain for the Women’s Lacrosse Team. She started her career as an intern selling 50/50 raffle tickets, transitioned to managing the Foundation’s direct-service programming, and now oversees the Foundation’s fundraising and marketing strategy as Director of Development & Communications. In her current role, she is responsible for effectively telling the story of the Foundation to not only drive fundraising, but also to raise awareness for our internal programming, key partners, grant recipients and the profile of the Foundation in the philanthropic community. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to leverage the iconic brand of the Boston Red Sox to make transformative change in the New England community.
