The Lee County Red Sox Scholarship is an honor awarded by the Red Sox Foundation, the official team charity of the Boston Red Sox. Red Sox Foundation will award a $5,000 scholarship to 16 academically talented Lee County public high school seniors who are making meaningful impact through service in their community. This prestigious scholarship award is for students pursuing a two-year or four-year degree at any college or university.
In Spring 2025, the Lee County Red Sox Scholarship will award 16 scholarships, valued at $5,000 each to one student attending each of the following Lee County public high schools and charter schools.
Students attending the following schools are eligible to apply:
- Bonita Springs High School
- Cape Coral High School
- Cypress Lake High School
- Dunbar High School
- East Lee County High School
- Estero High School
- Fort Myers High School
- Gateway High School
- Ida S. Baker High School
- Island Coast High School
- Lehigh Senior High School
- Mariner High School
- North Fort Myers High School
- Riverdale High School
- South Fort Myers High School
- Charter School or Alternative Learning School in Lee County, FL
To apply, students must download and save the 2024-2025 Application below. Completed applications must be submitted to FLScholarship@redsox.com by January 10, 2025.
