Molly Dickerson joined the Red Sox Foundation in June 2024 following her graduation from Harvard College, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology and Minor in Psychology. While at Harvard, Molly played for the Crimson’s Varsity Softball team and was a four-time NFCA Scholar Athlete. She is so excited to live in Boston and remain connected to her sport following college! Before working for the Foundation, she held a Senior Counselor position with the nonprofit Phillips Brooks House Association in 2022 and a Programs and Project Management Internship at the Nike, Inc. World Headquarters in 2023. Outside of work, she loves going for long walks along the Charles River and regularly attends the Fenway Flea Market!
